HEALTH FOR ME :3

Hey guys ive got a new theme to talk about, you know that being healthy is not avery common thing nowadays, eating healthy, going for a walk, going to the gym, sleeping the enough time, are activities we in general dont like. How can we make this more fun, or efficient, and oviously make it for us to like it, well there are some tips: First have a sport, a special sport something you really like and that you know you can dedicate the enough time. Second, eating healthy can be fun and very delicious, try searching soem recipes in the web or ask your mom about some cook book, you can always start little by little so, how about a dessert with fruits, some salad, a soup and fish, these are some foods you want to take into account. Third, if your not that into sports, and have a passion for them, going to the park just to walk or maybe run is very healthy for start, walking the dog, fly a kite, and even climb a tree, these are just some ideas to start and make it more fun for youself. Fourth, having muscle is always good, you never know when your gonna use your inner animal, try making abdominals in your house and if you have dumbells use them, remeber this tips are for starting your helathy life.
Keep up guys and you can do it if you have your mind always in a positive mood, little by little is the best you can do if your a starter, be healthy, be pacient, be good and good luck.

My first date

It was summer , my first date, I was kind of nervous all the day, since the morning thinking about what could I say or do,should I act normal?, all this things were running throuhg my mind every minute of the day. First asking her out wasn't so bad or difficult things were cool.the big day is on, I'm thinking... what am.I goona wear that she sees I'm her type, that I do care of how I look. I brushed my theet, got my hair done and called her: "hey, where are we going to meet". my first date was going to happen in less then half an hour. since this date's mission was to give us a chance to know each other, we walked, and walked ,AND WALKED! until our feet couldn't stand more. We talked about what we liked, we laughed and it was so much fun for both, well for me it was I hope that it was the same for her. This is going to be a day I wouldn't forgot, it was my first official date!, maybe no one knows that but, with other girls It wasn't the same I didn't felt the same way. I'm always hopping this adventure repeats one day. :)

CRAZY LOVE :3

Based on some "studies" made on my highschool. Mexicans are likely to be known as indianlike, chubby, or tu skinny but many girls were in search of the perfect guy: tall, colored eyes, strong, long hair, one that dresses properly or at least that cares for his image. when talking to my friends in the classroom about this topic, i could understand that a guy with those characteristics could be the perfect guy, but they were totally in love with their boys that were very different or lacked some points about the "perfect guy".

- well every culture has its way of loving things and peolpe, but maybe the feeling they have when they experience it is the same as every one so agree , yes.

- Courting is a way to flirt but in a more formal way, you are seeing or cheking that pearsons feelings and ways to see love life

LOVE?

what is love?...i think that love can be showed in different ways, it can be shown phisically, spiritualy,mentally. many people express this wonderfull feeling with gifts or with words others by kisses hugs, that is what love for me is, taking care of people, your girlfriend or boyfriend, family, and why not strangers, love for me is everything.

spring BREAK-DANCE! before that experience i wanted to teach my friends and family how dancing in the beach was. i dont know if you went to SOUTH PADRE ISLAN but spring break there was the  best ever since every body was dancing in the parties,  trying out all types of dances electro, shuffle, tecktonic etc. my feelings perked up   and my emotions nodded off. i was amazingly suprised with these vacations. i want to tell you about one guy, an amazing DJ that hitted the coast of texas to bring us a party all night experience, this is Robbie Rivera , suppose an electro house mixer. here are some of his best hits:

whats up guys how you doing?, i must infer you are all right because ABDC is so wild and crazy, all crews are giving their best, i just cant stand not being there, all the lights and music just want me to step up in my sofa and dance( my mother sees me in a wierd way).i should have recorded the new episode, but my friends called and i went with them, i couldnt let them pass away, because last thursday i ignored them waching keshas ABDC challenge, wich it was awsome. i assume that this season 6 is going to be the best.
 entering to another theme, did you saw iconic boyz crew? i mean they are little but they dance like grownups, they seemed shy and reserved but their not. what about 787 crew, my uncle told me they where great and he doesnt even know anything about dancing!i guess they are going to win :p. after finishing this entry i wiil put a survey so i can see your opinion about who is going to be americas best dance crew :) as long as this crews stay with their same coreographys... instant noodles is going down, only if next week they charge bateries and think more for a creative dance show. i know its rude to ignore the hard work of these people but i must tell the truth in my opinion. thank you visit more this bloog so i can post more things and interesting facts. :)
